Parking is included in your rent with plenty of space throughout the grounds.

All utilities are included in your rent with the exception of phone and cable TV. We have Fiber Optics wifi included in your rent.

At this time, we do not allow pets at Hayes Student Living.

Hayes Student Living offers lease terms beginning in the Fall and Spring semesters. Spring 2023 and Fall 2023 leasing is available now.

There are no application or leasing fees.

Hayes requires that anyone who signs the lease be at least 18 years of age.

We believe that finding and renting the perfect apartment should be easy. We encourage you to call ahead during our regular business hours from Monday – Friday 9am -4pm and schedule an appointment so we can assist you as soon as you arrive.
