Parking is included in your rent with plenty of space throughout the grounds.
All utilities are included in your rent (heat, electric, water, sewer, and garbage). Fiber Optic WiFi service is also included.
At this time, we do not allow pets at Hayes Student Living.
Hayes Student Living offers a 12-month lease beginning in the Fall semester. Leasing for Fall 2026 now available!
Only upfront fee to start the leasing process is a $100 non-refundable administration fee (paid separately from the security deposit).
Hayes requires that anyone who signs the lease be at least 18 years of age.
We believe that finding and renting the perfect apartment should be easy. We encourage you to call ahead during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, to schedule an appointment so we can assist you promptly upon your arrival. However, we do also accept walk-ins during business hours.
We invite you to visit Hayes Student Living to meet our team, tour a model apartment comparable in size and floor plan to our available units, and explore the setting and services we have to offer. To schedule a tour, simply call, email, or stop by during our regular office hours and a member of our leasing team will be happy to assist you.
